Shipping Information - Effective May 2022

The National Links Trust maintains a centrally located merchandise center in DC.

We hope to welcome guests to shop in person for special events and regular pop-up hours later this year.

Shipping times will be delayed through the early summer as we transition and build a shipping program to support our worldwide fulfillment.

The National Links Trust is not responsible for errors or misdelivers resulting from the shipping address provided during the checkout process.  In the event, the National Links Trust believes a shipping address includes an obvious error, the National Links Trust will contact the donor prior to shipment.  The National Links Trust will also contact donors in when order fulfillment exceeds six weeks to confirm the donor's shipping address. 

The National Links Trust is not responsible for providing replacement merchandise when a shipment is delivered to the address provided during the checkout process and the address is not current for the donor.  The National Links Trust is not responsible for working with mail or package delivery organizations to reroute or retrieve a package delivered under these circumstances.
